So much of "General Orders," No. 195, of November 24, 1862, as
dismisses Captain Emerson F. Giles, 7th Wisconsin Volunteers, is
hereby revoked, it appearing that he was tried and acquitted by a
Court Martial of the offence for which he was dismissed.
