Dear Parents

I recd. your last welcome
letter yesterday, which thank God
found me in my usual Good Health
& Spirit, To day the One Years Men
are to be sent to other Vessels, as we
will propably (probably) stay for 18 or 20 Month on
our Cruise it is though that we
are to go today as everything is ready
whether we will or not I cannot
say. Answer this as soon as you get
it & if you do not get an answer
in 10 ten days, You can write
again, Direct after 10 day you know
